Weekend breakfasts in the heart of Zug
Anastasia and Aliya are the two founders who come from Moscow and London. Cafe culture for breakfasts was something they greatly missed from back home.
After discovering many fresh and wholesome local ingredients made them replicate their favorite dishes such as Eggs Royale and Russian Sirniki (ricotta cakes) and start hosting breakfasts for friends at home. Later the Bruch Factory Zug concept was formed.
