Sound healing Sundays 6pm

Sound healing begins with a guided meditation from Yoga Nidra led by Geeta. As you rest the room becomes washed with deep sounds from a symphonic going and europhic uplifting sounds from crystal singing bowls. Various other spiritual sounds become mixed in the magic and as the body relaxes into a meditative state.

About Geeta La Roche

I grew up in England where I worked for many years as a health professional having

studied both Physiotherapy and Optometry.

I closely followed many well-being hobbies as I dreamt of offering a holistic approach to

feeling vital and well. Having Indian roots I completed an authentic yoga -master teacher

training program where I also learnt a lot about ayurveda.

I studied sound healing as a creative supplement to meditation and completed a Pilates

teacher training to assist my work as a physiotherapist.
